I grew up in Bedford, Indiana and have lived in Bloomington for the past 15 years with my wife and son. Before starting Easy RE-UP, I spent over 15 years in customer service, which taught me one thing above everything else — people just want someone reliable who actually shows up.

When I looked around Bloomington I saw a real gap. Small businesses and offices were handling their own supplies, dealing with faceless national vendors, or just going without. Nobody was offering a personal, local service where you could actually text someone and get a response.

So I built it.
